Great location, right in the heart of the city. Close to all the main attractions and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small, with limited space to move around. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too hard.

Great location near hilltop, on tram route. Nice, quiet room with comfortable, huge bed. Helpful reception staff. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Prompt taxi service when requested. Clean room with daily cleaning. Friendly and informative staff, especially Rita.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was centrally located, right in the city center. I could easily walk to many great attractions, like a nice square on the right down the hill. The hotel had clean rooms and good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided and it was sufficient to start the day.

Great location near restaurants and attractions. Room Alba has large ensuite bathroom and balcony with Cathedral view. Hip and happy decor. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, being really near to the city centre and within walking distance of the major tourist attractions. The room is spacious with a great view, and the breakfast provided is simple but good. The staff are also friendly and helpful, providing useful tips for our stay. the facilities such as the kitchen and washing machine were a great bonus for our family.
The soundproofing at the property is very poor, making it difficult to sleep at night with noisy neighbors.

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and exudes a unique charm. The rooms arenice and neat, and I was impressed with the attention to detail in the aesthetic design. The location is superb, centrally located yet surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Isobel, were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. I highly recommend The Poets Inn for a wonderful stay in Porto.
